But what I really want to thank you for is how disruptive your book “Meal Planning Made Easy” was in my life. I had gotten stuck in a rut where I was making less-than-ideal decisions on a very regular basis. And something about the simplicity of the way you broke things down really helped me realize that I could get better at meal planning. I started with one dinner a week, and now healthy eating isn’t just something I do…it’s something I enjoy.
